Donate by Mail
Download, print and fill out the PDF form, then mail it with your credit card info or a cheque to Cassellholme.
Donate in Person
Either download and complete the PDF form, or ask for a pre-printed form at the Cassellholme General Store or any Nurses Station. In person, you can donate with cash, a cheque or credit card.
